It is essential that the seller provides the end customer with basic training on the characteristics and handling of the chair before delivery/use.
DILEOFFICE S.L. reserves the right to reject any warranty claim when we consider that the error has been caused directly by the user.
The DILE warranty covers components (bases, steel frames, arms, seat and back exteriors, mechanisms) for 5 years, except for surface damage caused by normal use.

· Mechanism (including casing, internal mechanisms and anchors)
· Gas lift (if included with the product)
· Castors (if included with the product)
· Arms (if included with the product): including casing, internal mechanism and button panels
· Base (if included with the product)
· Outer seat/backrest (if included with the product)
NOT COVERED BY THE DILE WARRANTY
· General wear and tear due to misuse of the product
· Incorrect use of the chair’s functions/mechanisms without prior training
· Use of the chair for any purpose other than seating, including modification or alteration of the product.
· Damage or wear and tear due to improper use and use of the product in unsuitable environments and conditions.

· Cleaning: using tools or products not recommended for cleaning textiles, synthetics and leather
· Lack of proper product maintenance
· Stains caused by transfer from external fabrics (jeans, dyed clothing, etc.) to our finishes are excluded.
