In DILE, we have always bet on the Environment, favouring good environmental practices and implementing a set of Environmental Management Systems, which have led to the adoption of a philosophy of ECODESIGN in all work processes.
Thanks to this social and business commitment to ecology and the environment, we have achieved certification with ISO 14006: 2011 (Guidelines for the incorporation of Ecodesign).
And as “movement is shown by walking”, at DILE we analysed our processes with special attention being paid to packaging, and concluded that a change of the bags used to wrap and protect our chairs was an immediate action, in order, as far as possible to the reduce of plastic pollution that causes so many problems to the planet.
The new DILE packaging bags are made from LDPE and HDPE, 100% recyclable materials to facilitate environmental balance. In addition, company branding has been removed from the bags, with no logos or unnecessary printing. With this we avoid incorporating inks and solvents that can be harmful and polluting.
With the decision adopted, we are reinforcing the QUALITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY of Dileoffice SL, maintaining the commitment that the quality of the chairs and armchairs, upholsteries and assemblies that we manufacture be, in addition to reflecting the expectations of each client, a firm commitment to the preservation of the planet, with ECODESIGN as the fundamental axis of work.
