Last Friday, we once again had the pleasure to receive a representation from the Sales Team and Home Decor division of El Corte Inglés, as we do every year in what has become a welcome tradition.
This time the event was held at the premises of Dileoffice, and we started the morning by welcoming them and touring the production department where we explained our processes, use of raw materials, certificates gained, and above all, the increased quality of Dileoffice manufacturing. In the showroom, we demonstrated a selection of our products and explained the functionality of their mechanisms, and thereafter followed an interchange of commercial perspectives.
In a turbulent international environment, it is essential to have relevant products that meet demands, confidence in our retail team, and of course the confidence of the end user. To this end, Carlos Leal put the accent not only on the assured quality of our products, but also on our unique after-sales service with a direct link that our clients can use to resolve technical questions, find spare parts, etc. This is something our competitors don’t offer, and this was highlighted to the commercial team of the El Corte Inglés in their annual visit.
